The AIR 30 has a built-in water level indicator (a small, translucent tube on the exterior of the base) that lets you check water levels at a glance. For Temperate and Tropical settings, we recommend checking and refilling the base reservoir every 1–2 weeks. For Arid settings, every 2–3 weeks is typically sufficient. "It is perfect. The BiOrb Air 30 I have had for about 4 years now, however, seems to have a clogged misting filter because the misting function is not working. I have only used distilled water and Humidimist. Would you be willing to send me a new one? I am happy to send photos if you need them."
