biOrb offers other products outside of North America. Why are these products not available in the US?
We take pride in our products and workmanship and therefore manufacture all our products in our own factories. In order to maintain our high standard of quality, we cannot make all products conform to local requirements (such as electrical power). That said, we do and will make new products available from time to time.

I have a technical question about a biOrb product. Where can I get an answer?

I purchased a biOrb product on an auction site. Is it covered under your limited warranty?
Our limited warranty covers the product from the original date of purchase as evidenced by the original purchase receipt of the item in new condition. This means that if you buy a biOrb product at an auction sale, you should insist on getting the original purchase receipt with the item (if the item is used or purchased from a private party); biOrb's limited warranty will cover the remaining warranty period.
