Official Sweepstakes Rules — Aquarium Giveaway 2025

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.

The Sweepstakes Period for the biOrb Aquarium Giveaway has been extended. Entries will now be accepted through 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 24, 2025.
All other terms and conditions of these Official Rules remain unchanged.

1. Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by biOrb by OASE (“Sponsor”), located at 125 Lena Drive, Aurora, OH 44202, USA.

2. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their province/territory of residence) as of the date of entry.
Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 3:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 24, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on November 24, 2025* (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device for this promotion.

4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, complete the online entry form provided at https://us.biorb.com/pages/sweepstakes.
By entering, you agree to receive marketing communications from biOrb by OASE via email and/or SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to enter or win and does not affect your chance of winning. You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link provided or reply STOP to SMS messages to opt out; reply HELP for help. See the Privacy Policy at https://us.biorb.com/policies/privacy-policy for details.
Limit: one (1) entry per person/email/phone number. Duplicate or automated entries will be void. All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Entries become the property of the Sponsor. Entrants may unsubscribe or opt out of marketing emails or text messages at any time without affecting their eligibility or entry.

5. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one biOrb TUBE 35 Aquarium (Standard White Light) with an Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of $279.99 USD.
Prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, or import duties related to accepting the prize.

6. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification. The potential winner will be selected by a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within five (5) business days after the close of the Entry Period.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or SMS using the contact information provided in the entry form. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

• The selected winner must respond within five (5) days of notification.
• Canadian residents must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance as a condition of winning.
• The selected winner may be required to confirm eligibility and sign a release form as a condition of receiving the prize.
• If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize, or fails to return required documentation, an alternate winner may be selected.
  

8. Publicity Release. By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs its integrity. Sponsor also reserves the right to void any entry or cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if any virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsor’s control affects the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and employees from any claims or damages arising out of participation or prize use, including but not limited to: technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or printing/administration errors.

11. Disputes and Governing Law. For U.S. entrants: governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of laws.
For Canadian entrants: governed by the laws of the province or territory of residence and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
All disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class actions, and limited to actual out-of-pocket costs. Punitive or consequential damages are waived.

12. Privacy. Information collected is subject to biOrb by OASE’s Privacy Policy available at https://us.biorb.com/policies/privacy-policy.
Canadian entrants acknowledge that their personal data may be processed in the United States and agree to such transfer, subject to applicable privacy laws.

13. Winners List. To obtain the name of the winner or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be postmarked by December 31, 2025.
